Whether you're looking to build confidence, find community, or discover a practice that actually feels good in your body, this is it.

Drop-in mental health sessions designed for immediate support — whether you're navigating a tough day, processing current events, or just need to talk to someone who gets it. Sessions run up to 30 minutes and can be in-person or virtual. Registration required; the center can also connect you with longer-term resources if you need them.
