Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes:

  • We will update the "Last Updated" date
  • We will notify users of significant changes through the App or email

Third-Party Services

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our App and Site. Google Analytics may collect and process data according to their privacy policy. You can learn more about Google's privacy practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

PostHog

We use PostHog, an analytics service based in the United States, to understand how people use the App and the Site, so we can decide what to improve.

  • On the Site, PostHog records page views and interactions such as clicks. It does not identify you. It may also record how you move through the pages you visit (a "session recording"). Anything you type into a form is masked and is never recorded.
  • In the App, PostHog records which screens you view and the actions you take, such as saving an event or checking in. While you are signed in, this activity is linked to your account ID so we can understand usage across your devices and reinstalls. While you are signed out, it is not linked to an account. We never send PostHog the content of your messages, comments, or reviews; for example, we record a message's length but not its text. The App does not make session recordings.

Our administration pages and the event widgets that other websites embed are not tracked. You can learn more about PostHog's privacy practices at https://posthog.com/privacy.

Meta Pixel

The Site uses the Meta Pixel, a service from Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure page visits and the effectiveness of our advertising. The Meta Pixel receives the pages you visit on the Site and information your browser sends, such as your IP address. It does not run in the App. Meta processes this data according to its privacy policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.

Firebase

Our App uses Firebase services for backend functionality. Firebase is governed by Google's privacy policy available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Apple and Google Sign-In

When you use Apple or Google sign-in, those companies' privacy policies also apply to the authentication process.

International Users

Our App and Site are primarily intended for users in the United States. If you are accessing them from outside the US, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States.
