Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection, is home to a vibrant LGBTQ+ community with deep roots in American history and activism. You'll discover a scene that's as authentic and down-to-earth as the city itself, welcoming everyone with an independent and resilient spirit.

The heart of the action is the iconic and walkable "Gayborhood," where historic streets are lined with a diverse mix of energetic dance clubs, cozy pubs, and lively drag venues. Beyond the nightlife, the city thrives with countless queer-owned shops, inclusive art spaces, and community-centered events that truly make you feel at home.

Ours Truly Trans Community Space

A monthly storytelling burlesque open stage competition where artists use character, movement, and theatricality to transport the audience into another world. This debut theme celebrates acts with something to say—hilarious, heartbreaking, surreal, political, or beautifully bizarre. Guest judges Rita Brujeria and Blaque Velvet will score performances, audience games add to the fun, and the highest-scoring act takes home the cash prize. Bring cash to tip performers—they keep 100% of what you give them.
