MX. Drag Show

Press Play by Pupusa is a monthly celebration of iconic queer albums, performed start to finish by local drag talent. This month it's all about Mariah Carey's "Emancipation of Mimi" — Pupusa, Diamond Lil, Camero, Macy Marcs, and Vivienne Paradisco are bringing the vocals, the looks, and the pure joy this album deserves. Doors at 7pm, show at 9pm. Cover at the door.

The Mothership is landing at Queer/Bar with a lineup that brings the extraterrestrial energy: Dragula superstar Louisianna Purchase, the all-star diva Irene the Alien, and local legends Fabi, Pussy Willow, and Rowan Ruthless keeping the dance floor alive with DJ Essex. Kitty Glitter's signature queer variety spectacular — burlesque, full nudity, stripper pole realness, and a live sugaring demo that'll make you blush. The resident herd (Porcelain, Pussy Willow, Johnny Moon, Starr) plus special guests Ruby Mimosa, Valentino, and Kitty take over the stage, then the party moves to Garden of Hedon with DJ Baby Van Beezly spinning until dawn. Snag a booth for five or a high top for four to claim your VIP Splash Zone seat. Slutacious attire heavily encouraged.
