Atlanta Pride's kickoff celebration transforms the Georgia Aquarium into an underwater dreamscape of shimmering lights, ethereal décor, and pulsing music—all set against thousands of mesmerizing aquatic creatures. It's the kind of night that sets the tone for the season: connection, celebration, and pure euphoric energy with thousands of people who get it.

Start your Pride weekend grounded and present — an all-levels yoga class on the dock at Piedmont Park, led by the Well(Being) Collective Atlanta. Bring your mat and join a community moment before the festivities kick off. Saturday, October 10th at 9:00 AM at Dockside (behind the visitor center by the 12th Street gate).

A safe, intentional space during Atlanta Pride Festival for people in recovery to gather and find mutual support. Open to all paths of recovery—whether you're early in your journey or well established. Happening on the Greystone Patio from noon to 2pm, offered in partnership with Danielle Bonanno Consulting.

The Trans community takes the streets during Atlanta Pride's most powerful march. Meet at Charles Allen & 10th Street inside Piedmont Park at 1:15 PM to march alongside trans and nonbinary people, allies, and community organizations. Bring signs, banners, and your presence—this is about visibility, equity, and celebrating the beauty and resilience of trans folks. Atlanta Pride keeps these spaces safe and inclusive for everyone.

The bi+ and pan community's moment to march with pride at Atlanta Pride. Meet at Charles Allen & 10th Street inside Piedmont Park's gate to celebrate bisexual and pansexual identities and affirm their place within the LGBTQ+ family. Bring signs and banners—all gender identities, expressions, and allies welcome.

The Dyke March brings women, femmes, trans-inclusive women-loving women, and allies together for an afternoon of visibility, solidarity, and celebration. Led by Atlanta Dykes on Bikes, this community-driven march moves through Piedmont Park with the kind of energy that reminds you why Pride matters — a space built by and for the women who make this community strong. Walk or ride; you're welcome either way.

Atlanta's biggest Pride celebration takes over Midtown on Sunday, October 11th—nearly 300 groups and 5,000 marchers stepping off at noon from Civic Center MARTA, making their way north on Peachtree Street before ending at Piedmont Park. Over 100,000 people line the streets for this four-hour event that's equal parts spectacle and community. Streets close for the full route; public transit is your best bet. Bring your friends, your loudest cheers, and your whole self.
