Wicked Wednesday

Saturday afternoon drag brunch at Lips Atlanta! The Ladies of Lips serve up Vegas-style performances with all the sing-along hits and over-the-top theatrics, while you dig into a full brunch menu with bottomless mimosas or bloody marys included. Two hours of pure theatrical chaos, the way brunch should be — reservations recommended, as this one sells out.

Saturday nights at Mary's belong to a rotating lineup of the city's best DJs, spinning music and videos that keep the dance floor packed and the energy high. It's the kind of reliable, unpretentious night that makes Mary's a neighborhood institution — good music, good people, and a dance floor that actually gets used, week after week.

A nostalgic dance party celebrating the best of 2000s pop — think Britney, Christina, and all the girly anthems that defined a generation. The dance floor at Lore is ready for a night of pure pop perfection, where everyone's here for the same reason: to dance and have the time of their lives.

A Gilmore Girls–themed drag dinner where five local performers dissect everything from Rory's terrible boyfriends to Lorelai's questionable fashion choices over cocktails and coffee. Doors at 7pm, show at 8pm. Stick around after for the What A Girl Wants Y2K Girly Pop Dance Party — your ticket covers both. Reserve a table for guaranteed seating; other spots are first come, first serve. 21+.

Saturdays at X Midtown belong to Dirty Pop—a high-energy dance night where the music is current, the crowd is hot, and the floor never stops moving. Dance to pop hits old and new, from iconic throwbacks to today's obsessions, on a packed dance floor with the kind of late-night energy that keeps going until you can't anymore. Sweat, flirt, repeat. Doors open at 10pm.

What A Girl Wants! is Atlanta's ultimate 2000s girly pop night at Lore on Edgewood Avenue, and it's a dance party with the Disney Channel nostalgia turned all the way up. It runs 10pm to 3am on Saturday, October 17th, and it's 21+ upstairs at Lore.
