Cabaret Spotlight with Frankie Campofelice

jazz

Thursday nights in the Napoleon Room at Club Café belong to Andy Lantz and classically trained vocalist Frankie Campofelice, who deliver a smooth blend of jazz standards, Broadway hits, and pop favorites. Arrive early for a full sit-down dinner and craft cocktails from your table, or just come for the music and the open mic that keeps the room alive. Never a cover, always an open mic if you're feeling it—tables fill up fast, so reserve ahead.

Comedy

Niki's got a classically trained voice she uses to caress, then pivots to bawdy patter and absurdist comedy that lands like a sucker punch. She's played the Las Vegas Comedy Festival, the Boston Comedy Festival, and once told Piers Morgan he was watching the most annoying woman he'd ever met — and she meant it as a compliment. Jim Rice on piano. No cover, open mic all night in the Napoleon Room.

Comedy

Roz Hernandez brings her chart-topping queer comedy paranormal podcast to life with a twist — she's hosting a ghost story competition. Come with your best real paranormal tale (3 minutes or less) for a shot at winning exclusive merch. Doors at 7:30pm, all tickets include a meet and greet with Roz after the show. No recording allowed, but bring your camera — this is one you'll want to remember.

DJ Nights

Club Café's weekly Friday night tradition — dinner first, then straight to the dance floor. Resident DJs spin pop, R&B, hip-hop, and throwbacks until 2 AM, packing the South End's longtime LGBTQ+ nightlife staple (open since 1983) with a crowd that knows how to have a good time. $15 cover after 10 PM, 21+.

Cabaret

A three-hour workshop for cabaret performers at every level—whether you're writing your first show, building new skills, or diving in fresh. John O'Neil and Tom Lamark guide you through the craft with hands-on work and real feedback. Space is limited, so register early.

Cabaret

Nick Panagiotou brings 30 years of warmth and storytelling to the Napoleon Room—a Boston-based vocalist who's performed with the Boston Gay Men's Chorus at Symphony Hall and in sold-out cabarets across the city. His repertoire spans Broadway anthems, jazz standards, and reimagined pop, each song delivered like a conversation. No cover charge, open mic all night, and the kind of welcoming space where every evening feels like a little celebration.
