A circle gathering for LGBTQ+ organizational leaders to tackle real challenges and build strategies that keep their communities thriving. You'll sit in intentional circle structure, pass a talking piece, listen deeply, and collaborate on how to sustain impact—plus learn about radical funding foundations supporting smaller orgs and activists. There's a community altar for remembrance and collective healing. Lunch included. Space location shared upon registration.

Mental Health Services

The second session in a free virtual mini-lecture series unpacking mental health through a queer lens. This week's topic: Debunking Boundaries. Led by Whitney Polick (MSW, LICSW), it's designed for queer and trans community members seeking deeper self-awareness, plus professionals and allies building trauma-informed, queer-inclusive spaces. Part two of TQNC's workshop series diving into mental health and sexual wellness for LGBTQ+ folks. This 90-minute session brings together community members and experts to explore topics that matter — practical, honest, and grounded in lived experience. Wednesday evenings, 6:00 PM.

Community Focused

A powerful documentary screening and community conversation centered on intersex experiences. "Every Body" follows three intersex individuals reclaiming their stories after childhoods marked by shame and non-consensual medical intervention. After the film, intersex activist and medical sociologist Esther Leidolf—founder of the Jamaica Plain MRKH Organization—leads a discussion drawing on themes from the documentary and insights from their book, "Not Uncommon, Just Unheard Of." This is a chance to listen, learn, and show up for the intersex community.

Community Focused

TQNC's monthly sewing skillshare brings together people of all experience levels — from never-touched-a-machine to seasoned sewers — in a space that centers LGBTQIA+ voices. Bring a project (that top you've been meaning to crop, pants to hem, or an elaborate Halloween costume) or come with nothing but excitement to learn. Experienced sewing guides will be there to teach and answer questions, and TQNC provides basic machines and supplies, though you may share a machine and a sewing buddy. All skill levels, all identities, all welcome.
