The Final Venusian Visions: A Monthly Tarot Night

Rhinestone Microphone is a monthly queer open mic celebrating all forms of performance — 10 local performers get five minutes to share what they do best in front of an enthusiastic crowd, with priority given to BIPOC and first-time performers. The night opens with open mic and closes with award-winning burlesque performer Harlem Nyte. Doors at 6pm, show starts at 7pm. $8 in advance, $12 at the door.

Six Chicago cartoonists bring their work to life with live readings that blur the line between page and performance. Expect a range of styles and voices—from political satire to intimate storytelling—all rooted in queer experience and the everyday magic these artists find in their communities.
