About this event
Unabridged's Fiction Book Club digs into Mariana Enriquez's International Booker Prize finalist collection—a stunning, unsettling mix of urban realism and horror set in contemporary Argentina. Populated by unruly teenagers, crooked witches, and hungry women, these stories press into the unspoken: fetish, illness, the female body, human darkness. Come ready to discuss what makes Enriquez's work so socially conscious and so chilling.
