About

Basura is Ripcord's weekly Monday drag night, hosted by Luna of the Lilies and Annalee Naylor, where the shade is thrown with a wink and the show starts at 10:30pm. It's a 21+ night with no cover at Ripcord, Houston's oldest gay leather bar on Fairview Street in Montrose, so you can roll in for the performance without paying a door fee. Grab a stool, get ready to heckle with love, and let the hosts make your Monday better than it has any right to be.
