West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval is a free, one-day street festival held on Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood's Rainbow District. It features a stage with live DJ performances, food trucks, and thousands of costumed attendees, alongside additional Halloween celebrations at bars, restaurants, and venues throughout the city. First launched in 1987, it has grown into a large annual Halloween celebration drawing visitors from the region and beyond.
