Saturday drag brunch at Palace South Beach means rotating local performers, gourmet food, and a room full of people who actually know how to have a good time. Two seatings at 11am and 2pm give you options, and the rooftop views of Ocean Drive don't hurt either. This is the brunch that's become a South Beach institution for a reason.
