An hour of Vinyasa Flow with instructor John — grounding movement in the middle of your week. Clothing optional, judgment-free, and exactly the kind of reset Red Eye does well alongside the nightlife. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5pm.

Facilitated by trained facilitators who understand the specific challenges LGBTQ+ folks navigate.

A peer-led support group for people in recovery from substance use and behavioral addictions, using the SMART Recovery program. This evidence-based approach focuses on self-empowerment and practical tools to build a life free from addiction. Meeting Mondays at the Brooklyn Community Pride Center — a welcoming space where LGBTQ+ folks can connect with others on the same path.

A writers' collective built for queer and trans writers of color to show up as themselves. Share work, build accountability with people who get it, and find the kind of creative community that actually listens. All levels welcome — whether you're working on your first piece or your tenth.

Monday night trivia at Rockbar with questions that'll test what you actually know — and maybe surprise you with what you don't. Cheap drinks, a competitive crowd, and the kind of banter that makes trivia nights worth showing up for. 7pm sharp.
