Fun Bags: Open Stage Drag Competition

Thursday nights at Anthem Orlando belong to salsa, bachata, rumba, and cha-cha — and they start with a free beginner-friendly lesson at 8:30 PM. No partner needed, no experience required: just show up, learn the basics, and spend the night moving with downtown Orlando's friendliest Latin dance crowd. The lesson flows straight into Latin Night Vol 2 with DJ Jery at 10 PM, so the dancing keeps going.

Thursday nights at Anthem belong to Latin Night Vol 2 — reggaeton, bachata, merengue, and Latin pop from 10 PM until 2:30 AM. Free cover all night, all-you-can-drink wells at $20, and a mixed, queer, Spanish-and-English-speaking crowd that actually dances. A free bachata and salsa lesson at 8:30 PM warms the floor up first.

Free watch party for Orlando Pride vs San Diego Wave, live on ION with big screens and full sound. Kickoff at 8 PM, with happy hour running 3 to 8 PM so you can grab a drink before the whistle. A loud, loving downtown crowd that came to cheer — and if you stick around past 10 PM, Sapphic Fridays takes over the floor.

Sapphic Fridays fills the gap in Orlando's nightlife scene with a full Friday slot built for women, femmes, and sapphic energy. DJ Nani Soul anchors the night from 10 PM to 2:30 AM, mixing R&B, hip-hop, Latin, pop and dance while the floor stays packed. This is sapphic nightlife that actually centers you, not a themed hour squeezed into someone else's calendar. 21+, downtown location, full bar.

The standing Saturday night at downtown Orlando's LGBTQ+ hub—free admission, 10 PM to 2:30 AM, no theme, no ticket price, just the room and the floor. Anthem's resident and guest DJs rotate through the booth week to week, the bar runs specials all night, and the crowd fills up after 11. Sponsored by Harmony Healthcare. 21+.

Late-night reggaeton takeover for the people who know every word. Anthem keeps the doors open until 2:30 AM with a Don Omar-focused set that moves through eras instead of cycling the same hits—singles, deep cuts, and the Latin club records that built the genre. Free entry, 21+, full bar, and a crowd that came to sing every hook back. This is a fan-run tribute night in spirit, not affiliated with Don Omar or his tour.
