Shaggin

Bears

A Saturday afternoon gathering for bears and chasers at Powerhouse—the leather bar that's been the heart of San Francisco's cruising scene since day one. Come early, stay late, and connect with your people in a space that celebrates bodies, desire, and authenticity without apology.

Leather

Every third Saturday, Beatpig brings leather, fashion, and drag together at Powerhouse with hosted sets from Juanita MORE! and DJ Stanley Frank. Expect great music, cheap drinks, gogo dancers, bondage demonstrations, and rotating photographers capturing the night—all while supporting Openhouse, which provides housing and community programs for LGBTQ+ seniors in the Bay Area.

Leather

A weekly leather bar tradition at Powerhouse — free, shirtless Sunday afternoons filled with raw, unapologetic energy. Regulars and first-timers alike gather to cruise, connect, and soak in the authentic vibe that's defined this stretch of Folsom for decades. No dress code required, just good vibes and San Francisco's legendary leather heritage on full display.

Drag Shows

Cocktailgate 2.0 is the drag show that refuses to die — one of the Bay Area's longest-running nights built on beautiful chaos and unhinged art. Hosted by Suppositori Spelling and Florence Frightengale, this is what happens when you combine minutes of rehearsal with performers who actually know how to work a room. Come for the drag, stay because you'll be laughing too hard to leave.

Drag Shows

Monday nights at Powerhouse belong to Glamamore and crew—a rotating cast of drag performers, fresh beats, and live crafting energy that turns the dance floor into something between a show and a party. Expect performance and play to blur together in the leather district's most unapologetic nightclub, with the energy building as the night goes on.

Trans

The Bay Area's monthly gathering for trans masc folks who want to dance, connect, and cruise without apology. Third Wednesdays at Powerhouse bring together a room of people who get it — good music, a sex-positive vibe, and the kind of energy that makes you actually want to be there. Everyone's welcome, but this night is built for trans masc community.
