Lighthouse Foundation of Chicagoland is a Black LGBTQ+-led, multiracial social justice organization advancing justice for Black LGBTQ+ people across the region through empowerment, education, and entertainment. The organization uniquely addresses the intersecting challenges of violence, poverty, substance misuse, and HIV through a comprehensive Holistic Wellness Model grounded in research and community insight. Their programs include workforce development, spiritual healing spaces, HIV testing and linkage to care, youth initiatives, and community events designed to create safety, resources, and liberation for Black LGBTQ+ Chicagoans.
