Pflag Soffa Online Support Group

Youth Programs

A safe, brave space for LGBTQ youth ages 10-17 and their allies. Every Wednesday and Thursday from 4-7 PM, you'll find activities, community building, peer support, and resources in a genuinely welcoming environment. Newcomers are invited to join during the first drop-in of each month for an introduction meeting and activity. Tours available by request—contact Vincent at vwong@lgbtqcolorado.org.

Food & Drink

Rainbow Alley's monthly cooking series brings a different guest chef each month to teach you how to make their favorite cuisine. All equipment and ingredients are provided—just bring your appetite and curiosity. A hands-on way to explore global food and connect with the community.

Support Groups

The longest-running queer support group at Queer Asterisk, now online and open to everyone — whether you're in Colorado or anywhere else. Thursday nights 5:30-7pm MT (7:30-9pm ET), this is a space for collective care and real connection with people who get it. Donations welcome but never required. Email mckenna@queerasterisk.com for the link.

A peer-led, confidential space for trans women, trans feminine, and MtF individuals to connect, share, and find support. Two hours of genuine conversation, community resources, and the kind of acceptance that only comes from people who truly get it. Free, drop-in, no signup needed — just show up.
