Boozin' with Bootsie

Every Friday at Balcon Salon, it's your shot at the spotlight. Open Call is the weekly drag competition where local performers compete for a $100 cash prize, hosted by DJ Senobyie. Whether you're a seasoned queen or testing the waters for the first time, this is the stage that welcomes all comers. High energy, no gatekeeping — just pure drag competition energy. Doors at 8PM.

Saturday afternoons belong to Gregory Buckheit, the singing bartender who takes over Balcon Salon with half-price drinks and full-voice charisma from 4 to 8PM. Expect sharp banter, strong pours, and a room that only gets more fun as the happy hour rolls on — a laid-back weekend ritual worth showing up for.

Sunday scaries, meet your match. Sundays Ladies Room is a weekly drag show and dance party at Balcon Salon in Hell's Kitchen, every Sunday at 8 PM. DJ 2Face spins all night while Boudoir Lefleur and Zeta Jones host, and the energy builds with every performance. The dance floor stays packed with people who know how to celebrate drag, so wear shoes you can move in and plan to stay past the first number.

Mondays, but make it the apocalypse. Mondays at Balcon Salon in Hell's Kitchen is a weekly drag and live vocals showcase, Apocalypse Noir, hosted by Andrew Barret Cox and Jan Sport. Doors open at 9 PM every Monday, DJ Lady Simon keeps the dance floor going, and expect freaky, over-the-top performances with gogo dancers and live entertainment. Andrew Barret Cox is the 2025 GLAM Award-winning Best Male Performer. It's 21 plus, and it's the kind of Monday reset that actually gets you out the door.

Tuesday gets a personality transplant. Unhinged is a weekly drag show and dance party at Balcon Salon in Hell's Kitchen, every Tuesday at 7 PM. Stella Stön Icarus hosts, the drag doesn't take itself seriously, and the crowd comes ready to laugh, cheer and dance. Drinks are half-price from 7 PM onward, so the midweek slump doesn't stand a chance. It's 21 plus, which means your loudest friends can finally come out on a school night.
