This inclusive class weaves together self-defense, breathwork, mindfulness, and dance, led by student instructors Ilana and Steph. Whether you're looking to build confidence, find community, or discover a practice that actually feels good in your body, this is it.

Mental Health Services

Drop-in mental health sessions designed for immediate support — whether you're navigating a tough day, processing current events, or just need to talk to someone who gets it. Sessions run up to 30 minutes and can be in-person or virtual. Registration required; the center can also connect you with longer-term resources if you need them.

Free HIV/STI testing every Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm at the Brooklyn Community Pride Center, brought to you by Project STAY. No ID, no insurance, no problem — just show up and take care of yourself. Recurring weekly.

Trans

A weekly peer-led support space for trans and gender non-conforming adults (18+) to connect, share experiences, and support one another in a confidential, affirming environment. Whether you're navigating transition, community, relationships, or just need to be around people who get it, this judgment-free group meets every Wednesday evening, facilitated by Brooklyn Community Pride Center staff. Some sessions may be held via Zoom with registration required — contact tgnc@lgbtbrooklyn.org for details or alternate ways to join.

Community Focused

An evening market celebrating queer and trans Latinx and Caribbean artists, artisans, and vendors. No entry fee—just a suggested donation to keep community-run events like this one going. Come browse, support local makers, and connect with your people.
