Serenade Presents: Open Sessions

fetish

San Francisco's sweatiest sports fetish dance party, every Thursday night at Beaux. Expect gogo oil wrestling all night long, towel boys slinging shots, and a packed dance floor of jocks in singlets, sneakers, and short shorts. DJ AKI (with occasional guest sets from DJ Juanita More!) keeps the energy high with sports fetish visuals and beats. Two-for-one drinks from 9–11pm and no cover charge all night — the post-gym reset the Castro has been waiting for. Happens every Thursday except the 4th.

Dance Party

ShyBoy's legendary Lady Gaga dance party is back with the full spectacle — Sis Phyllis, Brenn Badd, Bionka Simone, and Hera Wynn on the drag stage, Princess Daddi working the go-go platform, video visuals cranked, and a dance floor that knows every word. This is the kind of night that reminds you why mashup parties exist: pure mayhem, pure joy, and a room full of people who showed up for exactly this.

Drag Brunch

Bottomless drinks, taqueria-style brunch from Taco Boys, and a rotating lineup of Bay Area drag performers hosted by Lady Camden. This is the kind of Saturday brunch that actually justifies sleeping through your alarm — good food, better drinks, and the energy that makes you want to stay all afternoon. Reservations required.

Drag Shows

Corazón is the Bay Area's biggest monthly Latin party, and this Saturday it's bringing the heat with RuPaul's Drag Race All Star April Carrion performing live—plus two shows and a free meet-and-greet. Ten Caliente go-go dancers, resident DJ Ben spinning reggaeton, cumbia, merengue, and dance música, and host La Vicky keeping the energy high. Strong drinks all night, a room full of Latinos in the Castro, and the kind of Saturday night that reminds you why this party keeps selling out.

Drag Brunch

The Castro's go-to weekend drag brunch at Beaux — rotating Bay Area drag performers, bottomless mimosas and champagne, boozy cocktails and mocktails, and tacos from Taco Boys. Two seatings every Saturday and Sunday at 12:30pm and 2:30pm. Reservations recommended ($10 cover deposit per person, 2-drink minimum, 21+ with valid ID); walk-ins welcome if space allows.

Tea Dance

PADDYBEAR's spooky midday tea dance party hits different — go-go dancers, buy-one-get-one Wells cocktails, and no cover to get in. It's the kind of Sunday afternoon that reminds you why this community knows how to celebrate.
