The Trans Wellness Center (TWC) in Koreatown, Los Angeles, is a comprehensive health and social services facility dedicated to serving transgender, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming individuals under one roof. Operating under the Los Angeles LGBT Center, TWC uniquely combines medical care, mental health support, housing navigation, employment assistance, and legal services in a single location designed by and for the TGNBI+ community. The center offers gender-affirming care, support groups, individual counseling, job skills training, basic needs assistance, and wraparound services specifically tailored to address the holistic needs of transgender and nonbinary individuals.
