A dance and movement class designed for folks 50 and up who want to get moving, stretch, and feel good in their bodies. Danceteria brings together music, rhythm, and community in a low-pressure, judgment-free space where you can move at your own pace — no dance experience necessary. Held twice weekly at William Way LGBT Community Center, it's a joyful, welcoming way to build strength, connect with neighbors, and rediscover why moving your body matters.
