Support Groups

The longest-running queer support group at Queer Asterisk, now online and open to everyone — whether you're in Colorado or anywhere else. Thursday nights 5:30-7pm MT (7:30-9pm ET), this is a space for collective care and real connection with people who get it. Donations welcome but never required. Trans

A peer-led, confidential space for trans women, trans feminine, and MtF individuals to connect, share, and find support. Two hours of genuine conversation, community resources, and the kind of acceptance that only comes from people who truly get it. Free, drop-in, no signup needed — just show up.

A peer-led, confidential online support group for trans women, trans feminine, and trans masculine individuals. Connect with others in a safe space for genuine conversation, mutual support, and shared resources. Meets every Thursday from 6:30–8:00 PM. Always free to attend. Register via Zoom.

Community Focused

A weekly writing circle where queer voices share work and inspiration. Each session has a suggested theme to guide those who want structure, but you're free to bring whatever you're working on—poetry, essays, memoir, fiction, anything. Bring something you've written or a piece that moves you. Open to writers 18+.

Support Groups

A peer-led support space for family, friends, and allies of transgender, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming people. Whether you're early in your allyship journey or already walking alongside a loved one, SOFFA offers brave space to share stories, learn coping strategies, and build the kind of understanding that helps everyone grow. Free and online — registration required.

Wellness Programs

A gentle Friday morning class designed for bodies of all abilities, blending meditation, breathing techniques, and mindful movement. Each session meets you where you are—no judgment, no pressure—and introduces accessible stretching and healthy movement strategies. Wear comfortable shoes or socks and show up as you are. Offered hybrid: in-person at The Center or join via Zoom.
